Shipping

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and through DHL Express/FedEx/Aramex for international orders.

International orders are usually delivered within 15-20 business days and domestic orders within 10-15 business days. You shall receive an email from us confirming the delivery date after the orders are processed. Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for deliveries.

Returns & Exchange

All products are made to order. Refunds can be initiated only if you have received the wrong product. In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, Kalaakaari will follow the policy of repair following replacement and finally refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
